Level up your Finch with Python and AI
Before we link the exciting new AI resources available on our website, we want to share something we are truly excited about with you: An upcoming opportunity to level up your with your Finch 2.0! This summer, in partnership with the Infosys Foundation USA, we are thrilled to be offering a virtual course called Level Up Your Finch with Python and AI. This innovative course, offered through a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning, allows participants to explore teaching computer science in an engaging way, leaving feeling ready to tackle AI in the classroom with students.
In this hands-on course, participants will practice Python programming using the Finch robot. To make sure you get the most of this PD, each participant will receive a FREE Finch Robot to code alongside us! Participants will have the opportunity to immediately apply their knowledge during live classes as well as to challenge themselves with asynchronous activities. The course will cover a wide range of topics such as setting up your Finch robot, loops, recursion, machine learning, and more. At the end of this course, participants will have example projects, sample code, and teaching strategies to implement with your students.
